Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Malaysia.

Address and contact information of your accommodation in Malaysia.
Required to receive your MDAC confirmation.

Updated web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge recommended).
MDAC must be submitted within 3 days before your arrival in Malaysia.

MDAC is NOT a visa. If your nationality requires a visa to enter Malaysia, you must obtain it separately before your trip. MDAC is simply an arrival card that replaces the paper form previously filled upon entry.
